Welcome to Dr. Robert G. Trecapelli, DDS Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, we're happy to have you!
Presently, we are practicing out of 51772 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township, MI 48316.​ Dr. Trecapelli started his own part-time practice at this location in 2015 and currently treats patients Fridays & Saturdays.

We are a family practice and treat patients of all ages, starting at age two. We offer all phases of general dentistry as well as orthodontics & implant placement.

We are dedicated to providing our patients with an efficient, comfortable and cost effective dental experience. We value honesty, transparency, and effective communication. Over the years, we have been blessed to have built a wonderful staff, that come with many years of experience. We look forward to meeting you and appreciate the opportunity to be your dental home.
OUR DENTIST
Dr. Robert G. Trecapelli, DDS
Dr. Trecapelli is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry (D.D.S). He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Detroit Mercy (B.S), and is also an alumni of Notre Dame Preparatory. He served as President of the Pre-Dental Society at the University of Detroit Mercy and graduated with honors. He has been practicing dentistry in both the corporate atmosphere and privately since 2015. He completed surgical implant dentistry training at the Engel Institute, and enjoys offering a wide range of dental services and treatments to his patients. Dr. Trecapelli is currently working out of his office in Shelby Township on Fridays and Saturdays only, and is accepting new patients.
Dr. Trecapelli enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cooking, being outdoors, and watching sports. He also enjoys coaching his son Carmine's FLAG Football team, and taking walks with his wife Alexandra and daughter Callina.
OUR SERVICES
We perform all general dentistry procedures, from minor fillings, to full mouth restorations. Our passion is simply restoring beautiful smiles. Seeing our patient's joy once their new smile is revealed, is what drives us. We achieve these desired results through the use of implants, veneers, crown/ bridge work, whitening treatments, Invisalign and traditional orthodontics.

If you are unable to complete the forms prior to your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork in office. Along with your paperwork please bring your photo ID and your dental insurance card (or any information you have on your insurance if you were not given a card). Insurance Information
At this time we accept most major commercial dental PPO insurance plans along with Medicaid.

We also offer an optional in-house dental discount program to our patients who are without insurance. This program is available to help offset the costs of dental care. On average, our patients that enroll save hundreds and even thousands each year.
